Event Overview: NCBW's Annual Leadership Development Retreat is opened to ALL members!  The purpose of the retreat is to build greater organizational literacy among members, provide opportunities for networking with other chapter members, identify and discuss issues of common concern and consider strategies for collective action to improve and strengthen both chapters and the national organization.  In addition, the retreat serves to build leadership skills, encourage organizational development and promote cooperation among national and local leadership and members.
